I became acquainted with the Mortensens in the fall of 2003 when they did our church directory. I was the chairperson so had a lot of opportunity to work with them very closely.

I was always impressed that Mr. Mortensen was only a phone call away when I had a concern or question.

Our congregation is composed of a lot of elderly people and Jim and Phyllis worked so well with them. The individual photographs turned out beautifully and the people were very pleased with them.

I found Jim to be very professional and kept me well informed as to my responsibilties as chairperson, providing me with all the necessary paper-work.
